In the SMA Energy app, you can track the output of the solar panels.

If abnormal daily yields appear in the app, or if you can no longer see the yield history, it usually helps to uninstall and reinstall the app once.

If you did not receive an email with the login information for sunnyportal, or waited too long to complete the registration, you can have another email sent to you on sunnyportal to set a password.

Go to the sunnyportal page. At the top right, you can sign yourself in. From there, choose “forgot password.” Just follow all the steps there to reset your password.

On days when there is a lot of solar production, the voltage on the electricity grid rises. Above a certain voltage, the inverter temporarily shuts down, this is to prevent damage to your inverter or other devices. It is up to Fluvius to ensure that the voltage on the power grid remains within permissible values.

If your inverter regularly fails due to excessive voltage on the grid, you can contact Fluvius for this.
