Pidpa renovated the drinking water plant in Essen, Belgium, which distributes drinking water to many neighboring municipalities.
Considering the high energy consumption of the pumps present at the plant, Pidpa invested in solar panels. These solar panels, along with other initiatives, will reduce Pidpa’s carbon emissions.
